Frequently Asked Questions

 Yes. These are unique programs tailored to support  each individual that we serve. The laws of confidentiality are bound contractually between the client and CTM Support Services' OMG!' Our service shares soley with the written consent of our official clients/ client guardians (for those under legal age). 

  Program OMG! Session Segments are a span of 10 weeks (with a limit of two sessions per week). Since our programs are custom to our clients' loss the option of an "Open Extended Support Plan" is available.  

 Our programs are under the private Grief and Loss Support Practice of CTM Support Services (certificate received in grief and loss support through the University of Madison 2020). Because we are private, unfortunately, we do not accept insurances at this time, however, to accompany our private pay donations and scholarships (through private donors) have been gifted to our company to assist in the grief and loss programs of our minor clients.
